Myrtle Beach is in South Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Myrtle Beach follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Went here for electric trailer brake issue. Issue was in the truck and got fixed. I had replaced the electric braking system on my Montana Rv trailer. . Following procedure to get brakes activated and I failed because I ad no electric power from the truck in the first place.so after the electric issue on the truck was fixed I asked them to adjust the brakes. They did . I still had no real brakes. They went over and beyond to satisfy me gor 2 more hours but as it turns out that the Dexter electric brakes require additional time to actually start sorkinfg 200 or more miles lol they did finally get better and by the time I did 300 miles I had full brakes. The point is we did not know that procedure. Thay dis everything to make me feel that everything was right. Even taking tires and drums off it was all working properly. I recommend this facility very highly,

Im only giving 4 stars due to the fact I did have a couple issues with getting my truck serviced. But I will say Mr Fred the service manager has been amazing and has been on top of getting everything addressed and taken care of from that point forward. Justin has been doing his best with working around my schedule to get my truck in and back to me in a timely manner so I donβt loose out on too much work. I do have some major issues going on so thereβs been a few back n forth trips being made and their shuttle service has made dropping my truck off very easy. I would have given 5 stars but since I did have the issues to begin with, that have been completely resolved, I do have to stick with 4. Otherwise Iβd say all around very good service and reliability for me.

We brought our RV to Beach Ford RV & Truck in Myrtle Beach, SC for a diagnosis because it was leaning to one side. Our concern was clearly related to the suspension. However, we were told that the springs, shocks, and struts were all fine, and instead they said the issue was the steering system, even going as far as stating it would fix the leaning issue. They recommended replacing the entire steering system costing close to 4Kβwhich we had not even asked them to inspect. That didnβt sit right with us, so we picked up the RV and took it to another shop for a second opinion. It turned out there was absolutely nothing wrong with the steering system. The issue was a sagging leaf spring βnothing close to the major (and costly) repair we were originally quoted. This experience was extremely disappointing. You expect honesty and accurate diagnostics, especially from a large, well-known business associated with Ford. Instead, it felt misleading and unnecessary, as if the focus was on selling expensive repairs rather than addressing the actual problem. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this shop. If this is how they handled our situation, it raises concerns about how other

Beyond disappointed in Beach RV and Truck. Dropped off my brand new Ford F450(115k truck) with 800 miles for an issue. They had my truck for 3 weeks and had no idea how to fix it. Never offered me anything to drive could care less. Service advisor had terrible communication and attitude about my situation wouldnβt call me back for days. Told me they were in contact with ford engineering and that usually takes 24-48 hours for help. I think that was a lie to cover up their incompetence. I finally contacted my purchasing dealer to come get my truck. They drove 2.5 hours to get it and gave me a loaner. They fixed my truck in 3 days. I wouldnβt trust beach to fix a bicycle. Terrible!

We made an appointment to have some of our stubborn grease fittings on our fifth wheel looked at since they were not taking any grease. The tech replaced some of the zerk fittings and was able to grease one side, while the other side was much more stubborn. The tech took his time to try multiple ways to make sure each fitting was properly greased, so we can safely get back on the road. We were welcomed and treated with great care and service, and highly recommend Beach Truck and RV!! Thanks again, fellas!!
